hello - ive tried so many diets in the last 12 years - bioslim was my frist and i was 16 and i exercised and ate tuna for lunch everyday - and a good dinner - i also cut sugar out at that time and the results where great - i lost 60lbs in 2 months AND NO LOOSE SKIN!! but then i stopped all that and i gained and did many other diets - then i did weight watchers which was great to but all i did was have one of their meals for lunch and i lost 12 lbs in 2 monthes - NO LOOSE SKIN - then i tryed zantrex 3 and i didnt like the effect so i stopped and started trim spa and the weight came off but my skin was starting to get loose - i geuss from all the yo yo dieting - and now im like 30 lbs over weight and im starting zantrex 3 again but im so afraid of the hanging skin factor because after all the work to see your body in that shape is like --- i wish i never lost the weight in the first place. i hope i can get my self to do a little walking or something - its sad because i joined a gym last may - i pay $56 dollars a month for it but ive gone once - and i have 6 months to go until the contract is over - but anyway the point is if you dont exercise with any of these diet pills, trust me you will have loose skin and its WORSE then being fat.
