I understand how it may feel to see yourself as a little overweight. You should actually thank your lucky stars you are a normal good, healthy weight. Don\'t take a pill for 7-10 lbs. Join a sports team or walk, ride a bike run do tai bo, anything other than pills. Pills should not be for anyone but if someone uses them to help weight loss it should be the person who is 5\'5 200lbs and having a very hard time losing. Don\'t risk it for such a small amount of weight.
