Posted by Tasha on 04/04/06 at 06:31 PMI just bought Z-3 today , i took my first pill, just one to start off with, and i ate 20 minuts later, i didnt want to eat at all but i had to i guess, i dont feel like eating junk food any more! lol hopefuly these pills work , im also going to be jogging/walking everyday. ill keep every one posted on my results!
