Posted by Candi on 05/19/05 at 11:47 AMThanks for that insight I just started taking the pill yesterday and it did make me feel sick and my heart to beat. but my sister and I went for a walk in the evening and I rode my stationary bike for a while, but I wanted to take it back to the GNC, the salesperson told me to take it with food. so far so good. I am not sure if that would work or should I go back to taking the pill 15 - 30 min before I eat.
