In addition it\'s probally a good idea to count your calories, you need to eat 3,500 less calories a week to lose one pound. So according to how many pounds you want to lose a week you need to eat a certain amount of calories and and can also exercise to burn off the extra calories. But exercise is always a good idea, it speeds up your metabolism while burning calories! And cutting out wheat and dairy out of your diet will make you lose weight faster and easier too.
