I took one a half-hour before suppertime yesterday and had an elevated heart rate, minor anxiety attacks all evening, and it took me forever to fall asleep. I\'m still feeling nauseous this morning and didn\'t take one this morning, since I can\'t even handle coffee in the morning. I\'m debating whether or not to continue. The symptoms must lessen, but how long will it take??
