I\'m not a nurse or anything, but I am a mother of 3 single babies and a set of twins. I have a severly tilted uterus and have never had any complications from it. All three of my singletons were vaginal, and my twins were only c-section due to the first baby trying to come out shoulder first. Supposedly having a tilted uterus will make GETTING pregnant harder because the opening to your cervix is tilted towards the vaginal wall, but I never had a problem concieving. I believe it is around 4 months that your uterus will move up out of the pelvis and won\'t be tilted anymore until after birth. Good luck with your new baby. Tanya
