pancreatitis

I just spent 5 days in hosp with pancreatitis..the drs don’t know why I got it..I don’t drink, don’t have a gall bladder, don’t take meds, etc…does anyone know of any other reasons?..Noone mentioned lifting heavy items…could this be a factor?
