With the conventional medicine \"establishment\" continuously trying to discredit naturopath as true health practitioners, I think it is unsound for there to be such a dichotomy in the field of naturopathy itself, with distance learning naturopaths on one side and 4 years school naturopaths on the other. Distance learning or 4 year schools, all naturopaths believe in the self-healing of the body and that common philosophy alone should unite naturopaths instead of causing this kind of endless tug of war that further discredits the field. Whether we like it or not, there are 4 year schools and distance learning schools, and it is ultimately up to patients to determine who they want to consult with.
I have to say, though, that I don\'t know much about the tuition fees of distance learning schools, but 4 year schools are so expensive that I can see how they can be restrictive for many people.
