It seems that those who work in rural (less saturated) areas of licensed states do best. The one ND I know in a non-licensed state is not making a living at it.
Many NDs here in WA boost their income by using a lot of high ticket procedures (like IV nutritional therapies) or referral networks with other practitioners.
