Posted by lauren on 02/12/04 at 06:13 PMI believe the states that license give the title either ND or NMD. If I\'m correct AZ uses NMD and WA uses ND. If the doctor graduated from a 4-year program and is licensed to practice from one of the 11 states, there is no difference.
