I am sure that Mr. Bing did not underwrite the effost for California licensure purely out of the goodness of a missionary heart. Good Mr.Bing is either a receiver of undisclosed benefits therefrom or, most likely, he is a staunch believer in naturopathic medicine. Thank God for Stephen Bing.
