Side effects include tingling in feet and fingers sore elbows and knees and muscle spasms in arms and calves. I hate it, but feel great mentally. Just wish the soreness in the joints would go away. Lithium caused major swelling in thyroid. I also have been on everything from depakote, trileptol, zoloft, wellbutrin, and prozac. this one seems to be the best one for my head. Just my joints and muscles are sufferings.
