Thanks Raymond and The Truth Seeker. I agree with both of you totally. In response to the concerns expressed by some of the writers here, I have written to the Department of Health Services Food and Drug Branch, California regarding the authencity of the cert with registration number 0023706. I have a written proof from them that it is genuine.

As it is a third party info,I have sought their permission to post their replies on internet. Unfortunately they do not allow that to be done as they are gov officers governed by rules. For those who are in Singapore and would like to take a look, pls contact me at yeapies@yahoo.com. I will be more than willing to show you the written proof.
