i have a 12mm nodule,lower left lung,ct scan and pet with the glucose injection both have come back negative for cancer,ling doctor wants to remove the nodule just to be safe. i am a non-smoker and do not have exposure to any hazardous chemicals,38yrs old, there is no futher nodules anywhere else in lungs. lung doc says that with removal of nodule that even if its cancer that will be the end of it and should expect to live full life. also have been having brochial spasms,lung doc says that might be asthma. wonder what else might be causing those and kinda of worried about the surgery,any help would be appreciated thanks.
