Sweetheart you can never drink again! Ever! You may be able to drink for a fleeting moment but it will allwasy affect your pancreas as well as some of the foods you eat. Pizza is spicy but spice is not what bothers the pancreas. My husband died from pancratitus! I am not meaning to scare you but he was only 43 and had alot of living left to do. When his pancreas started bothering him he went into the hospital and did so a couple of times. He stopped drinking and would sometimes be better but it allways came back even without the drinking. My advice to you is love to live life sober without alcohol and you will live longer. Michael learned but when he learned it was far to late for his pancreas to recover. Your pancreas is not like your liver. Your liver can repair itself but your pancreas can not! I wish you the longest and happiest life and you can have that without the six pack or the vodka. I know for I to am a recovering alcoholic, my alcoholism didnt reach my pancreas but it reached my heart and soul when it took Michael away from me. Catch it now before it is to late and you will live a long healthy life. Good luck and may you live a long long life.
