Hi I\'m 20 and was diagnosed with pancreatitus last october. I\'m pretty confused though to be honest...I was diagnosed with it but they said they would take it that it was a one off and not something i would always have ...so my diet was not changed and i was not put on any medication...also they couldnt find a cause...im not diabetic or anything like that. So i was given a CT scan (not pleasent) and then sent an appointment to see the consultant about my results..however it was at 8:45am and i have a baby so i couldnt get there and im still waiting for another appointment...the thing is now it seems to have come back...last night i was happily eating some chips then i moved and was in agony...i have hardly slept and i feel awful and hot. But i dont know what to do as they dont treat it i dont see the point in going into hopital and i dont want to miss the bank holiday weekend (silly i know but its my daughters 1st birthday) but last time all they did was starve me for 4 days then send me home with no plans to change my diet etc...so i dont know what to do ...do i go to the hospital or will it go away by its self?
