Thanks so much for story, JD. I\'m so glad to hear that you are a cancer survivor. I\'m also very glad to hear that you were introduced to alternative medicine by a nurse. Like you, I will never be a naturopath. I was so disappointed when I visited Bastyr University and its clinic that I decided to become a Nurse Practitioner instead. Also like you, I am a great advocate of natural medicine! And I agree that patients should use the best from all modalities. That\'s why I\'m thrilled that NPs can integrate clinical nutrition, herbal therapy, and lifestyle counseling into practice. It\'s great to see more and more nursing and medical schools including comlementary medicine in their curriculum! Be Well.
