The Integrated Medicine conferences that I attend are usually devoid of NDs, speaking or attending. In unlicensed states, they rely mostly on word-of-mouth advertising. How they could possibly become primary care physicians over allopaths is hard to imagine, as they tend to keep such a low profile. My state had only a handful of NDs and since licensing is not going to happen here (though the NDs I went to used imminent licensing as a marketing tool), some of these NDs have gone up to New England.
