General Information and Instructions for Completing The Albany Medical College E-Supplemental Application The Albany Medical College will not make screening decisions based on AMCAS information alone. Thus, we require that all applicants complete a school supplemental application. Only completed applications will be reviewed by our admissions committee. Your application is considered complete when the AMCAS and supplemental applications along with all required credentials have been received.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION Required Coursework:
All applicants must have completed at least three years of undergraduate academic course work (90 semester hours) at an accredited college, preferably in this country or Canada. One full year of each of the following courses, including laboratories, is required: General Biology or Zoology, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and General Physics. Although a minimum number of semester hours in English has not been specified, applicants must have proficiency in both oral and written English. All course requirements must be completed by the Spring term prior to the anticipated date of matriculation.
