Xenavex - Oleander Drugs

I\'d like to keep abreast of anyone that participates in the Phase II trial of this oleander based drug Xenavex or who has any experience in getting a compassionate use waiver from FDA. The company placed a page on their website at www.shimoda-atlantic.com that says they are going into a phase Ii trial but thay are discouraging access for compassionate use. Inquiring minds want to know why.
