I have been to an ND, the first thing that was suggest as part of my treatment was intravenous vitamins cocktail, which was given by an office staff without any proper training, actually she was the office manager trained to give iv\'s. I was at a health show and this doctor and staff were given iv vitamin shots in public. Now how unprofessional is that? Anyway, I found a practitioner who is well trained and knowledgable, and I am very happy with her. These naturopaths with an axe to grind, are just plain tutorial. Some even tell their patients to smoke the \"bud\". Some are just plain wacky.
