1. University was est. in 1962 USSR Khazakstan by a conference sponsored by WHO and UNICEF . At ALMA ATA declaration it was decided that it works under the guidelines of WHO 2. The university was registered under the legal enactment of USSR being first chairman prof V INUSHIN dept of biophysics university of khazakstan with cochairman Prof. Dr Jos Schade neurologist from Holland. 3. The university was then transferred to SRILANKA where its chairmanship was granted under the late Prof. Dr Anton Jayasuriya. The most popular rheumatologist as well as acupuncturist of the world with lots of fellowships and memberships as no other medical university chairman in the world have. 4. Late Prof. Dr Anton Jayasuriya operated the univeristy with a clinical training course in Academy of science , the institute of rheumatology, Laser therapy ,Colombo South Gov. General Hospital , at Kalubowila , Srilanka. Where more then 29000 students from 120 countries taught complimentary medicine It means that all activities are conducted under the permission of GOV of SriLanka. 5. Late Prof. Dr Anton Jayasuriya was not only famous among poor and rich people of the world but also famous for his healing powers among the royal family of Sweden .So he is a royal physician too. 6. Her Majesty The Queen of Denmark has regularly treated by late Jayasuriya. 7. The university was recognized as a deemed university by authority of his excellency the president of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Srilanka by ref No 196/1 of march 25th 1988. 8. The university was recognized by UN peace university under resolution No 35/55/5XII/80 august 15th 1988. 9. His Excellency J R Jayewardene, former president of Srilanka was the honorary patron of this university. 10. Hundreds of letters and acknowledgements are in the name of OIUCM from the presidential secretariat, minitries ,mayors , ministry of education as well as from Mother Therasa . 11.
