Naturopathic seminars

I want to give seminars on Naturopathic topics like European Foot Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage and Spynamics, a very distinctive spine and joint treatment. Friends told me, that I have to make sure, that my students get CEUs for the seminars. As I am not at all familiar with American rules I ask the question here. What do I have to do? I work in this field since 1976.
