I can pass motion without much difficulty and I also find the colour of the stool much different. When I enquired, I was told that the excess fats and cholesterol are being excreted. Further, I can feel some improvement in my overall health. Probably if we take it for a month or so, we can feel greater benefits.

My purpose of writing the email to the forum is to get some feedback from naturopathic doctors or people who have researched on fibers to give us some of their valuable advice which will be useful to us which we can help to pass around.

Anyway, I have now become a distributor of the fantastic fibre product since I wish to help people wherever possible.
