cost of westbrook

Although they all vary in cost and you generally get what you pay for in this world, Westbrook seems to be way out there. I confirmed by email with them that a Natural Medicine degree would have a final cost of around $35,000 US!? Does anyone have any insight as to why they are so expensive? Thanks for your time.
