I had a similar \"business training\" at a whole foods cooking school. A lot was based on what you could get away with by working out of your apartment in New York City, where they have bigger fish to fry (pardon the pun) than to go after \"nutritional chefs.\" Unfortunately, if you live in the suburbs and have nosy neighbors, the class was useless. We also got the new age crap and were told to \"find a way to make it work\" - by the school!! Tuition dollars at work.
