Nutritional Counseling

I am currently looking into getting a degree or certification in holistic nutrition. I have researched several schools and I am just not sure. Does anyone have some suggestions? I have narrowed it down to Bastyr and IIN. Let me know what you think. I currently live in Texas and I am not sure what else is out there. Help me please. Thanks.
