I take Toprol XL 100mg for my heart disease and for arrythmia, and have had no side effects from it. It is a very calm drug and side effects are generally mild.

I do not know about the use for High Blood Pressure, but if I had my choice, and it works for it, I\'d take the Toprol over many others!
