Or how about a convicted wife beater or Grand Larcenist? Those who say that Licensure is exclusionary are ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!! And thank the Lord that it is!! With NO standards and no means of weeding out those that may have ill motives for practicing-then this is the chance that you take.
