I am also a student of Clayton College working on my Natural Health degree as well. First, you need to check with your local and state laws about the scope of practice you can have without being a licensed nutritionist. Basically, a degree from Clayton doesn\'t give you the green light to do anything but the education to CONSULT ONLY. Think about what you really want to do and then see if an education from Clayton fits into that.

I thought about the nutrition degree as well and I personally would either go into fitness training/lifestyle coaching. I also thought about taking culinary courses and then applying the holistic nutrition to that as well.
