Posted by barbara white on 02/23/05 at 04:23 AMMy 8 yr. old dalmation mix started to vomit over the weekend. Took her to vet.hospital and she was diagnosed with diabetes, kidney infection and possibly pancreatitus. I understand that pancreatitus can be fatal. Is there a cure for this disease?
