Posted by Jenn on 02/20/03 at 01:26 PMI just came home from the hospitol 1/17/03 b/c i had an erupted ovarian cyst. I was bloated for a few days then had unbarable pain. I filled up with so much fluid that an ultrasound didn\'t show my organs, so they operated and sealed off the cysts. It was a slow leak. i stayed in the hospital for 2 days, and they tooke out over a liter of blood from me, that the cyst had leaked out. they gave me iron pills ans vicodin also but no penicilin. Just to be safe i would call another dococtor for a second opionion, b/c someone i know had an infection occure from an erupted cyst.
