Keep in mind your talking about billing hours. PLease remember an ND or MD in private practice has major overhead and expenses to pay out of the billings!! They make less than you think!! Although still a comfortable wage. Only highly specialized MD\'s ie. Anesthesiologists, Surgeons etc. make the big bucks
