Posted by Bill on 09/18/02 at 04:05 PMI\'ve had pancreatitus since 1996 and find it to be extremely painful. I find that the drug percocet works very well yet my doctor will NOT prescribe it. I\'ve tried ibuprofen and it seems to help a little. I find that sitting up sometimes helps to relieve the pain also.
