The Phase I trial of Anvirzel was completed at Cleveland Clinic some time ago and the results were reported in abstract form only. No Phase II trials (anywhere) have been done...or even started with Anvirzel. The reason has to do with lack of sufficient money to conduct (pay for) the proposed trials. It is therefore impossible to say whether Anvirzel has any useful effectiveness against prostate cancer...let alone any form of malignant disease. My research at the University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center is no longer supported by Ozelle Pharmaceuticals who owns the patent rights to this product. I suggest that you contact the company concerning this product. While I continue to believe..based on my own research ...that this is a promising therapy, Phase II trials must be conducted before any conclusion can be drawn as to whether the product produces any meaningful inhibition of human tumor growth and/or regression of malignant disease.
