Hi--your info is very helpful. About 6 months after I had my first son (25hours, and I was induced!) I blacked out at work, vision disturbance etc. I was rushed to the hospital adn they could find nothing except a high mercury count in my blood stream. I do have a blood cotting disorder and a hole in my heart- but I am only 26. I always was in good shape and while I do smoke, always had energy and was on the go. I am a special education teacher adn a mother, now my son is 15 months old. I have finally been diagnosed with hemiplegic migraines, but am still unsure if it is them or not. I get a heavy feeling on my left side, sometimes my right(feels like a stroke or heartattack) and then I get a bit slow, but am fine if I wait it out, I feel a lot of pain and discomfort in my eyes. I am on Verapimil and aspirin- i am still getting them 1 year later-any advice?
