Posted by Danine Duncan on 03/23/04 at 01:36 PMI acquired spastic hemiparesis after my surgery to remove an arterial venous malformation almost a year ago. I have been in physical therapy since then. I suffer from contractures. Three rounds of botox injections so far. I also wear an ankle foot orthotic because of ankle instability. Do we ever get better?
