Oh boy, you sound like me...I sense the anger in your writting. Trust me I feel your pain. I just stopped taking my effexor xr all together. I figured even though people were \"weaning\" themselves off the drug they were still getting the same side effects, same level, that I am if I just stopped...so I did. I haven\'t had a good nights sleep in two days...if I\'m not forcing myself to stay awake, I\'m trying to close my eyes to stop the \"buzzing\", if I\'m closing my eyes the room is spinning. If I go to sleep I have terrible, terrible dreams and a really bad nights sleep.
