I am ABSOLUTLY interested in persuing a class action suit against the monsters who created this drug!!!! I have gone through pure HELL trying to get off this crap!! I was never warned before begining treatment that there was potential for such severe withdrawl symptoms. I gradualy weaned down yet dispite my plan with my dr.s, I got SEVERE w/d symptoms and still do to this day. I am 2 weeks off of it and the virtigo is as intense as the first day off. I am furious. It ruined my annaversary, my husband had to take time off work to take my daughter to school, I couldn\'t drive, let alone even walk more than a few feet w/o pure agonizing effects. I was convinced I was surely having a stroke! I would get virtigo and shocking sensations just from moving my actual eye Balls accompanied by a swooshing sound in my ears. I can only describe it as PURE HELL!!!!!!! I was bed bound for 4 days straight and as I said, am still suffering 2 weeks out. I am PISSED!!!! People need to know the effects of Effexor. I fI hear of any person considering this drug, I PLEAD with them not to. It\'s just not worth it.
