Posted by Kristina on 06/28/04 at 08:33 AMI have found taking a low dose of Benadryl seems to help. I don\'t know why but it works for me. Have you tried to wean off as far as every other day? Just keeping asking, searching and trying to take care of yourself. I am in the process of weaning myself off too and it\'s no fun. Feel free to email me at my hotmail account.
