Help: Effexor Withdrawal

I am on the second day of no Effexor, I have tapered down the dosage for about 2 weeks now. I feel horrible. I have experianced Vertigo, massive migraines, nausea, bouts of sweats & cold flashes, and dizziness. Does anyone have any natural ideas on how to conquer these withdrawal symptoms. Please tell me, I\'m going \"nuts\". PS. I don\'t want any other drugs, ever again. This stuff is horrible
