This is my 4th day off effexor 150mg...and it is HELL. I can\'t even move my head the slightest bit without these dizzy spells. I\'ve had nightmares 3 days in a row, feel like I\'m going to throw up, extreme cold and heat, extreme mood swings...the list goes on and on. I went to see my Dr. today and she wanted me to start taking 75mg again then taper off. That\'s what I\'ve been doing for a month. I refuse to start the process all over. A couple of you said it\'s taken a month before the withdrawal goes away, I can\'t go another day. Is there anyone out there that it\'s taken only a week? I\'m going on vacation next week and it\'s looks like it\'s going to be tuff. I\'ve never been more furious at my Dr. about putting me on this crap. If she would have told me all this I would have never considered taking it to begin with. I\'ve been so bitchy and angry the last couple of days that my fiance is freaking out. I\'m not this kind of person and yet I feel like I hate everyone. Any advise would be great! Thanks.
