I had electric shocks going off in my head when i moved my eyes left or right, this lasted a few days what a scary feeling. I am now taking 5hpt 200 mg per day. This stuff is working great I am feeling better than I have in four years of being on effexor. If you need more information on 5htp, I purchased the book The Mood Cure. What a lucky find I made when I bought this book. If you are pregnant check with Doctor before taking this 5hpt.
