I was very glad to find this website when I first started to withdrawal. It was nice to know I wasn\'t alone, but I started to freak because no one said how long it will last. I\'ve been off the effexor for 4 weeks now and feel back to normal. I first week is horrible(I\'m pregnant and have a 18 month old. I thought I was going to die). second week still sucked but nowhere near as bad as the first and gets better everyday. the third week I still would get an occasional mild dizzy spell. Now I feel fine. Listen to your doctor and cut back slowly. You will get through it. GOD BLESS
