I\'m glad I read this because I too experienced the horrible effexor withdrawal. i thought I was having migraines-maybe due to menopause. My doctor didn\'t warn me about withdrawal either. He suggested I stop if I didn\'t think they were helping. Then off on vacation he went while I suffered. I only found out, through these kinds of websites, that the snapping back and forth of my brain in my skull....like it was always a fraction of a second behind physical movement of my head...was due to the drug withdrawal. Now another doctor has prescribed it. I promised myself before I would never take it again, but just took one now (months later), thinking I would give it another chance. Your info. reminded me of how I felt and I won\'t take anymore. I\'m sorry I filled the prescription. I threw the earlier batch away. Thanks for sharing this stuff. I am writing in the hopes that everyone shares these experiences. We know better than the doctors. Good Luck!
