I read your post & can\'t believe what it does to your body. How are you doing now? I just keep pouring granuals out of my capsules...am down to 15 granuals (approx.) Just a little shaky... I hope you were able to do it...I am determined...My BP is sooo high...need 2 meds to control it. I\'ve gained 50 lbs...my eyesight gets worse approx every 5 to 6 months. I am happy I found your post. Please let me know how you are doing Lisa. My name is Carol....I\'m a little afraid of stopping altogether...but I need to. Don\'t like the way I feel.
