face numbness

It started two weeks ago at work when I had my left eye go completely out and then my left side of my face was totally numb like someone filled it full of novacaine then I got this terrilble headache. I went to ER and they did a cat scan, a spinal tap.I went to my doctor who prescribed prevpac and that did nothing. It continued and went to a neurologist who ordered a MRA and doppler of the heart and all were clear. I still have the face numbness no longer on the left side but on the right side and neck also. I work for a chiorpractor and they have tried everything also any suggestions??? I am desperate feel like someone filled me full of novacaine. I need to know if anyone else has had these symptoms or any suggestions thanks
