I just went back to capsules last week, for the second time (this is because I have a months worth of free samples and have lost my job AND cannot afford my effexor this month), and I am having the same symptoms you listed. I am going to try and get off the effexor, because I basically think I already have started the withdrawl process. Go to another pharmacy where they have the tablets, and good luck.
