Posted by Vickie on 01/17/05 at 11:18 AMI started going off effexor in October. I am now at 75mg per day 1/2 in am and 1/2 in the afternoon. I am experiencing the dizziness with the the latest dosage drop which was 37.5mg. I am also having nightmares and am not sleeping well as a result. Can you tell me when you were decreasing your dosage how many mg you decreased each time and the time span in between each decrease? I\'m thinking I might be decreasing by too many mg each drop. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Vickie
